How I work
Thoroughly trained from the National Institute of Mental Health and Neurosciences (NIMHANS), Bengaluru, I provide individual and couple psychotherapy — tailored to each client’s needs and rooted in evidence-based interventions. I predominantly work with anxiety, depression, treatment-resistant disorders, childhood trauma, relationship difficulties, personality disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), bipolar affective disorder (BPAD), parenting, and perinatal mental health concerns.
Every word real and shared with consent — nothing solicited, nothing invented.
What clients say about working with Swathi
“Therapy has genuinely helped me a lot, and Swathi has made this entire process feel so much easier and more comfortable. There have been times when I've wanted to give up, but her constant guidance and support have helped me understand and navigate my feelings better. I'm truly grateful for her patience, understanding, and support throughout this journey, and I would 100% recommend her to anyone looking for a therapist who genuinely listens and makes you feel heard.”

Registration open: a small-group, case-based online training for mental health professionals — three Friday sessions, 20 November to 4 December 2026, maximum 6 participants.
A first session is just a conversation — no commitment beyond the hour, no need for the right words.
The process
Your pace, your direction — here is how the work unfolds.
Step 1
An unhurried first session to understand what brings you, and to see together whether this is the right fit.
Step 2
Every session is private and judgement-free — the limits of confidentiality explained plainly, up front.
Step 3
Evidence-based approaches — CBT, schema therapy, ACT — chosen for you and explained in plain language.
Step 4
Ask anything at any point — about the process, the pace, or how therapy itself works.
Before You Go
In for five, hold for five, let go for five. Free, private, and yours to keep — whether or not we ever meet.
