This policy describes what information this website collects and how it is handled. It is deliberately short, because the website deliberately collects very little. Last updated: October 2026.

What This Site Collects

Enquiries. The website’s enquiry form is being switched on; until then, messages you write to contact@swathitp.com stay in the practice inbox and are used only to respond to you.

Newsletter sign-up. If you join the email letter, your address is sent through a form service ([FILL: name the provider once NEXT_PUBLIC_FORM_ENDPOINT is set]) and used only to send that letter. Unsubscribe any time, or ask for it to be deleted.

Event registration. Registering for a group or workshop happens on an external form (for example a Google Form) under that provider’s own terms; this website does not store registrant details.

Analytics. If enabled, this site uses Plausible — a privacy-focused, cookie-free analytics tool that records aggregate page visits without tracking you individually or across other sites. No advertising trackers, no social-media pixels, no cookies requiring a consent banner. [FILL: confirm analytics choice at launch and update this line if it changes.]

Booking. Appointments are scheduled through a third-party booking service (Cal.com [FILL: confirm provider]); information you enter there is handled under that service’s own privacy policy.

WhatsApp & Instagram. Messages you send on WhatsApp or Instagram are governed by those platforms’ privacy policies. Please use them for scheduling and general questions rather than detailed personal concerns.

What This Site Does Not Do

It does not sell your information or share it beyond the services named above, which handle it on the practice’s behalf; it does not run third-party advertising, and does not require an account. Enquiry details are used only to respond to you.

Confidentiality inside therapy sessions is a separate, stronger commitment, explained in your first session and in the FAQ. This page covers only the website.
