How therapy here works — formats, fees and the practical bits.
No hidden costs, no vague packages. This page says exactly what working together looks like, so the only unknown left is whether it feels right — and that, you can find out in one session.

Online sessions
Video sessions from anywhere in India (and abroad), in English or Malayalam. You’ll receive a Google Meet link after booking. All you need is privacy, headphones and a stable connection — more on how online therapy works.
Based in Bengaluru
The practice is fully online — no clinic visits, no commute. Sessions happen over a private video call, wherever you are.
Couples work, adolescent therapy and psychological assessments: [FILL: confirm whether offered].
Sessions & rhythm
What a session is, practically
- Length: 50 minutes [FILL: confirm] per session.
- Frequency: usually weekly or fortnightly at the start, reviewed together as things settle. Nothing is locked in.
- How many sessions: honestly — it varies. Some concerns ease in a handful of sessions; long-standing patterns take longer. We review progress openly, and stopping is always your call.
A colleague rather than a client? Training and talks for mental-health professionals — and supervision enquiries — live on the professionals page.
Fees
Fees, stated plainly
Money is part of the decision, so ask about it freely — one email gets you the numbers plainly, with no obligation. And if the fee is the only thing standing between you and starting, say so: asking about reduced-fee arrangements is a normal, welcome question.
For fees and other details, contact contact@swathitp.com.
Beyond the six main areas
Other concerns I work with
Alongside anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, postpartum health and bipolar disorder, my hospital and institutional years mean I also work with:
- Personality disorders
- Psychosis & schizophrenia (adjunct psychological support)
- Sexual dysfunctions
- Parenting concerns
- Perinatal & postpartum mental health
Not sure where you fit? That’s what the first conversation is for.
The practical bits are settled. The rest is one message away.
Book a slot that suits you, or ask a question on WhatsApp first — both are fine ways to start.
