For mental-health professionals
Training for mental-health professionals.
You spend your working days holding other people’s stories. This page is about your side of the work — training built from 12+ years of clinical practice, starting with the field Swathi knows most deeply: perinatal mental health.
Training for clinicians
Advanced clinical skills in perinatal mental health.
In July 2026, Swathi designed and delivered a four-session live online training — Advanced Clinical Skills Training in Perinatal Mental Health — for clinical psychologists, counselling psychologists and psychologists-in-training.
Perinatal work asks particular things of a clinician. The presentations shift with pregnancy and the first year after birth. The questions carry extra weight. And the person in front of you is often running on very little sleep. The training focused on the clinical skills this work calls for — taught by someone whose own practice is rooted in it.
If you’d like to know when it runs next, write through the contact page and mention the perinatal training — that’s all the formality there is.

What participants said
In their words.
Anonymous participant feedback from the July 2026 training, shared by attending clinicians.

Anonymous participant feedback “I found the training highly useful and clinically applicable.”
Anonymous participant feedback “The sessions helped me understand how to approach perinatal clients more confidently.”

A note on why these are here: this site carries no client testimonials — professional ethics rule those out, and rightly so. Feedback from fellow clinicians attending a training is a different matter, and it is shared here anonymously.
Supervision & mentoring
Case work is easier with company.
Supervision matters most exactly where the work gets complicated. Swathi’s clinical background spans the complex end of practice — OCD, bipolar disorder, psychosis, personality disorders — alongside her perinatal specialisation.
Whether Swathi currently offers individual or group supervision is still being confirmed — [FILL: confirm supervision offering]. If supervision is what you’re looking for, write through the contact page and say so. You’ll get a clear answer either way.
Talks & workshops
Teaching that reaches past the profession.
Alongside training for clinicians, Swathi presents public educational webinars — sessions that bring clinical understanding to a general audience. One example: a World Mental Health Day webinar on narcissistic relationship dynamics (October 2026). Upcoming sessions are listed on the events page.
Organisations and institutions she has presented for: [FILL: organisations & institutions she has presented for].
Workshops for teams, colleges and organisations: [FILL: confirm corporate & organisation workshop offering]. If you’re planning one, write through the contact page with the audience and format you have in mind — that’s enough to start.
