A live educational webinar for the general public, in observance of World Mental Health Day — on recognising narcissistic relationship dynamics, why leaving feels impossible, and how recovery begins.
Held in observance of World Mental Health Day (10 October), this 90-minute live session looks beyond the stereotype of the overtly arrogant narcissist: vulnerable presentations, the gradual erosion of self-trust, the patterns of guilt and confusion that keep people stuck, and the slow work of rebuilding boundaries and psychological autonomy.
The webinar is intended for the general public, and is particularly relevant if you are trying to understand a difficult relationship — past or present — or supporting someone who is.
This is an educational webinar: it does not involve individual psychological assessment, diagnosis or therapy.
