Reaching Out Is a Small Step — Take It Whenever You're Ready

A first session is just a conversation — no commitment beyond the hour, no need for the right words.

The process

What to Expect in Sessions

Your pace, your direction — here is how the work unfolds.

  1. Step 1

    A First Conversation

An unhurried first session to understand what brings you, and to see together whether this is the right fit.

  2. Step 2

    A Confidential Space

Every session is private and judgement-free — the limits of confidentiality explained plainly, up front.

  3. Step 3

    A Plan That Fits You

Evidence-based approaches — CBT, schema therapy, ACT — chosen for you and explained in plain language.

  4. Step 4

    Questions, Always Welcome

Ask anything at any point — about the process, the pace, or how therapy itself works.

Common questions

A Few Things You Might Want to Know

Starting therapy can feel like a vulnerable step — these answers may help.

Is therapy confidential?
Yes — what you share stays between us. There are a few standard limits, explained plainly in our first session: serious risk of harm to you or someone else, or where the law requires it.
How long is each session, and how often do we meet?
Sessions run about 50 minutes [FILL: confirm], usually weekly or fortnightly to begin with — we decide the rhythm together.
Is online therapy right for me?
For most adults and most common concerns, yes — research finds it comparable to in-person care. Where something genuinely needs more, Swathi says so and helps you find it.
Do I need a diagnosis to start?
No. “I'm not doing okay and I'm not sure why” is a complete and common place to begin.
